Tools in Transit Claims

Please note: If your policy number contains 'TTR/CP' then please contact CoPlus.

If your policy number does not contain 'TTR/CP' then please contact Davies Group. Details listed below.

Your details will be passed to our claims team who will handle your claim. Any queries in relation to your claim, after the initial notification, should be directed to the claims team.

 

Davies Group Tools Claims

Claims should be made by contacting the Direct Group as soon as possible but in any event within 28 days of discovery of the any incident likely to give rise to a claim under this insurance.

You must also report the theft of any tools in transit to the Police within 48 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number in support of a theft claim.
