You should notify any claim or potential claim as soon as possible using the appropriate contact details below:

Tools in Transit Claims

Claims should be made by contacting the Direct Group as soon as possible but in any event within 28 days of discovery of the any incident likely to give rise to a claim under this insurance.

You must also report the theft of any tools in transit to the Police within 48 hours of discovery and obtain a crime reference number in support of a theft claim.

Note that for Employers Liability and Public Liability your claim will be referred to the Insurers of your policy, Tokio Marine HCC to undertake an assessment of your claim and an acknowledgement will be provided accordingly.
