- Company Set Up: This package includes company formation with Companies House as well as support and guidance on company structure.
- Bank Account Set Up: If you have yet to set up a business bank account then this package includes assistance in setting up a dedicated bank account with Cashplus or MetroBank.
- Tax Registration: The package includes full tax registration (CT, VAT, & PAYE) in order to operate compliantly.
- Registered Office Address: A registered office address service, meaning that all routine correspondence from HMRC & Companies House will be handled in-house.
- Online Portal allows document exchange that is compliant for GDPR.
- Automated Bookkeeping & Invoicing: Send invoices and expenses to us directly for automated bookkeeping. No need to fill out any complicated spreadsheets.
- Complete Year End Service: Have your company’s annual accounts prepared, filed, and submitted to HMRC and Companies House directly.
